Ikea LACK table connector for enclosure h=28mm

This is a connecting piece to stack Ikea LACK table to build up an enclosure tower. There are many designs for this purpose but I wanted to make my own one that has clean look and detachable structure.

The design consists of cylindrical shaped center piece and 28mm thickness clamping block. At first, you will fix those parts separately on each leg and the table top of Ikea LACK table as shown in the picture.  Then put the table on another, and clamp them each corner by screwing the tapping screws.

You will need some 8x 3.5mm tapping screws for “clamping” (I use 3.5x16 DIN7981 but some difference in length shouldn't be a problem) and 4x 6mm tapping screws to fix the center piece.

The .3mf file includes for 2 corners (L and R). The .gcode sliced file includes for 4 corners (2x L and R)

Ikea LACKテーブルでエンクロージャを作る際に、テーブルを積み重ねて固定するための部品です。この目的のデザインはたくさん存在しているのですが、すっきりした見た目で分解可能なものが欲しくて作りました。

円筒状の中央部品と28mm厚のクランプブロックで構成されています。最初にそれぞれを、Ikea LACKのテーブルの天板と脚にねじ止めし、その後テーブルを載せ、各部をねじでクランプしていきます。

使用には3.5mmタッピングネジが必要です(私は3.5x16のものを使用していますが、多少長さが違っても問題ないと思います)。

.3mfファイルは2か所分(LとR用各1セット)、.gcodeスライスデータは4か所分(ＬとＲ用各2セット)が含まれています。
