The Prusa XL with 5 print heads has unused 24V terminals in the centre PSU for connecting the module. I have installed a car fuse holder (Aliexpress Search) with a 2A fuse, as this is sufficient for my USB devices. 

The CKCS board (Aliexpress Search / Google Search) is inserted into the cover and mounted with two M2x5 screws, while the fuse holder is inserted from the outside and mounted with two M3 screws (5mm or longer). Alternatively, both can also be mounted using superglue or epoxy adhesive.
 

The circuit board holder has a feed-through for narrow cable ties for strain relief of the cables. The cables are screwed to the connection terminal with 4 mm cable connections. The power supply cover has ventilation holes at the top to cool the circuit board.
 

The CKCS U1E module supports the following charging protocols: PD2.0 and PD3.1 (PPS), QC2.0, QC3.0, Huawei FCP and SCP, Samsung AFC, MTK PE+1.1 and PE+2.0. The module has a maximum output of 65W (5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 20V3.25A).

Der Prusa XL mit 5 Druckköpfen hat im mittleren Netzteil unbelegte 24V Anschlussklemmen zum Anschluss des Moduls. Ich habe einen Auto-Sicherungshalter (Aliexpress Suche) mit einer 2A Sicherung verbaut, da dies für meine USB-Geräte ausreicht. 

Die CKCS-Platine (Aliexpress Suche / Google Suche) wird in die Abdeckung eingeschoben und mit zwei M2x5 Schrauben montiert, während der Sicherungshalter von außen eingeschoben und mit zwei M3 Schrauben (5mm oder länger) montiert wird. Alternativ lässt sich beides auch einfach mit Sekunden- oder Epoxy-Kleber montieren.

Im Platinenhalter befindet sich eine Durchführung für schmale Kabelbinder zur Zugentlastung der Kabel. Die Kabel werden mit 4mm Kabelanschlüssen am Anschlussterminal verschraubt. Die Netzteilabdeckung hat zur Kühlung der Platine oben Lüftungslöcher.

Das CKCS U1E Modul unterstützt folgende Ladeprotokolle: PD2.0 und PD3.1 (PPS), QC2.0, QC3.0, Huawei FCP und SCP, Samsung AFC, MTK PE+1.1 und PE+2.0. Das Modul hat eine maximale Leistung von 65W (5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 20V3,25A).
