DOPE Card Picatinny Mount

Added vertical mount for side rails.

Simple semi-QD Picatinny rail mount for https://www.printables.com/model/1053773-dope-card-waveshare-nfc-for-strelok-pro 

Two option to mount onto rail

1. Run a 5mm bolt through from DOPE card side, and use a wingnut or similar to secure to rail.
2. Insert a nut into the hexagon hole and fasten with a 5mm bolt running throug from the other side.

Ender 3 v3 SE, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height
