Description
This model is a skull mask made of two parts, joined together by elastic bands, making it easier to wear. My model is a modification of the original skull design by LittleTup, which can be downloaded for free here. Many thanks to the original creator for granting permission to share this modified version.
Assembly:
The front and back parts are connected with elastic bands, and the back piece has alignment pins to help the parts stay securely together. The elastic bands thread through holes designed for them. For padding, I used an insulating foam pipe, which I glued into the front piece for comfort. This foam pipe is originally intended for insulating heating or water pipes and can be easily found in hardware stores or home improvement centers.

3D printing settings
The mask is quite large. The front piece measures 345x261x273 mm, and the back piece is 197x263x203 mm. I printed it on a Voron 2.4 printer with a 350x350x350 mm build volume. You may need to resize or split the model in your slicer for smaller printers. The model is primarily designed for FDM printing.

Supports:
I used organic supports only in specific areas marked in purple (see image), such as where the elastic bands attach and the top of the skull in the front piece. Auto-generated supports were disabled to limit support to these exact spots.
