Easy-Remove MK4 Nozzle Replacement Tool

Prusa's MK4 nozzle replacement tool is great, but it's hard to pull it off the hotend after the swap is complete.  I redesigned it so you can depress the tab with your thumbnail (or a screwdriver) to release it.

I modeled this in Fusion 360.  I've included .f3d and .STEP CAD files so you can further remix it.

Printing Instructions

• 0.2mm layer height
• Filament: PETG or PC-Carbon Fiber (I only tested PETG)
• After printing, cut the support material with a hobby knife in four places as shown in the photos.

Use

See the parent model's instructions.  When you want to remove the tool, press the tab in the front down with your thumbnail or a screwdriver tip as shown in the photo.

The recommended torque for the nozzle is 1.5Nm, as documented here.  I like to use the WERA Kraftform 7461 torque driver with a 7mm socket bit.
