Filament Spulen Adapter für Kobra 3 ACE

Hallo Zusammen,

habe hier einen Adapter gebaut mit dem man 120mm (Sunlu 250g Spule) und auch 150mm (500g Spule) in einem Anycubic ACE verwenden kann. Der Halter wird in Einzelteilen gedruckt und kann dann zusammen gebaut werden. Zusammenbau erklärt sich von selbst. Die Rollen gibt es als 10mm und 6mm Ausführung so kann man die Anlaufscheiben auf die Rollenbreite anpassen. Nach dem Druck muss man nur die die Rollen auf die Verbindungsstangen schieben mit der Einstellung auf die Rollenbreite. Dann wird der Verbinder in die Seitenteile gesteckt. Die tiefe Nut ist für 150mm Rollen die höhere für 120mm Rollen. Dann wird das ganze einfach in den ACE gelegt an der Stelle wo sonst eine 200mm Rolle hin kommt und los geht es. Auf dem Druckbett ist alles für einen Adapter komplett zu drucken.

I have built an adapter here with which you can use 120mm (Sunlu 250g spool) and also 150mm (500g spool) in an Anycubic ACE. The holder is printed in individual parts and can then be assembled. Assembly is self-explanatory. The rollers are available in 10mm and 6mm versions so you can adjust the thrust washers to the roller width. After printing, you just have to push the rollers onto the connecting rods with the setting for the roller width. Then the connector is inserted into the side parts. The deep groove is for 150mm rollers, the higher one for 120mm rollers. Then the whole thing is simply placed in the ACE in the place where a 200mm roller would normally go and off you go. Everything for an adapter can be printed completely on the print bed.
