Sling Tsi - Side Air Duct Splitters - Version 1 (Note there is an updated version 2 available)

This is a design for the side air ducts on a Sling Tsi aircraft to split the airflow entering the plane. The intake has a diameter of 74mm, the front outlet has a 50mm diameter and the rear passenger side panel outlet is 88mm x 24mm.

The design has an internal splitter which sends 50% of the airflow to the back seat passengers via the side channel and 50% of the air to the front seat vents.

It has been designed to be printed with a wall thickness of 1.6mm from PETG for long term durability.

A 0.8mm nozzle was used with a 0.32mm layer height. Wall thickness is 1.6mm. A 50mm brim was also used to provide a strong connection to the plate as the finished item is 280mm in length.
