Dji Air 3S / 3 Case

First of all thank you Ito for this smart design. I reworked it, I spent hours of propotyping in order to get a perfect housing for my Air 3S.

I am happy to announce that this box will hold the drone tight enough so that it doesn't scrape the inner walls of the box when you walk with the box in the backpack.

You can travel safe, the original gimbal transparent protective shell is not necessary. If you want to keep the original Dji gimbal protection, you should print the higher cover stl from sp4c38, thanks to him for his contribution.

You'll need to use foam or any soft material, with a thickness of 1mm (more can work, just try). Check the user's fabrications pics, they did it well.

Regarding  the Dji logo insert, I'm pretty proud of the neat result I got on the first try.

Notes : 

• If you want to insert the Dji Air 3S Logo stl on the lid like I did, you'll have to use the “horizontal expansion” setting on Cura, “XY Size Compensation” under PrusaSlicer (see my suggested settings on the picture attached).  If you use super glue, beware not to use the lid with your drone inside the box before 48h : on my sample the super glue diffused vapor inside the box and I got a white stain on the Air 3S top plastic cover.
• The case should be printed with 100% PLA, 6 walls is enough for that. Please don't use PETG or ABS since the case will be too flexible. PLA is best, the stiffer the better.
• You may try printing the spacer using TPU, if so make sure to make it stiff enough so that the drone won't move. Or you can also use “horizontal expansion”/“XY Size Compensation” to enlarge it a little to compensate.
