Information

‘YAHH Remix.fcstd’ - This is the FreeCAD file (ver 0.21.2), you can use this to change the dimensions of the model by entering your desired measurements into the table ‘Values’. (You shouldn't need to add clearance, it adds 1mm automatically in the sketch. If your printer isn't super accurate or your table varies in width I would add 0.5mm - 1mm to the value you input)

You can then export the models by highlighting it on the left and then going to File > Export. I would recommend a .step to get the best quality/detail. 

I have done some standard sizes too so if your desk width is there you should be good to go without using FreeCAD.

Sizes available:

40mm headphone gap, 28mm desk gap (default)

45mm headphone gap, 34.5mm desk gap

40mm headphone gap, 38mm desk gap

"Both version of the cam lever can print just fine on their side without supports. I used the .2mm "quality" default"

“The cam pin print on the end without supports, but it's probably a good idea to add a brim. I personally used the .2mm default, with 100% fill.”

 

Print instructions

The hanger should be printed sideways with support for that center cutout and the rubber pad attachment point. I would recommend printing with lots of walls over high infill as its stronger 5-7 walls should be more than enough.

The TPU pad should be printed flat and you want it to have a bit of squish so 2 walls, 20% infill at .2 layers.

 

Assembly instructions

Depending on the accuracy of your printer you may need to run a 5mm drill through the hole in the hanger and cam and file the edges of the cam pin slot slightly so it all fits.
