3070 FTW shroud for Fractal Design Define C w/ 140mm fan

This is a shroud for a 140mm fan to provide external air to a 3070 TI FTW video card in a Fractal Design Define C case.  In order to ensure it's pulling in outside air, I also put tape over the top and bottom openings of the front before putting the grill back in place.  This dropped operational temperatures 4C in general.  Not really needed in general but I liked designing this solution to see what the results would be.
