3D printing setting

FDM 3d Printing
Designed to fit on the 250x250x250 print bed
Total print time with back and de-fuser is about 14 hours with adjusted settings.
About 300 gram of PLA filament
Precut LED hole at 16mm by 16mm

_Aluminum tape (Optional)

Recommended Settings -
_Print using a textured PEI sheet
_Remove purge line at the beginning of print if using full plate
_If hole needed to be bigger, cut hole in slicer or use soldering tool or drill to make whole bigger after printing.
_Use aluminum tape on backplate to help with light diffusion.
Bambu Recommended Settings
 

There should be a lightbox setting within the 3mf file. Highly recommend using the setting for best quality. It is print slower so does take longer but the results are a lot better.
I plan to update this design with the front plate separate from the sides. The sides will be connected to the back plate.
If you want rather have it faster here are highly recommended modifications to the 0.20mm Standard settings.

_Quality - Wall generator - Arachne
_Quality - Wall transitioning threshold angle - 50
_Strength - infill/wall overlap - 25%
_Increasing retraction and reducing temperature can help reduce wisps
_ Order color printing sequence from lights to darkest colors.
