Description
I needed a CD/DVD drive for a new desktop computer (they don't come with them anymore). I had an old SuperDrive kicking around from a Macbook Pro that I removed it from and upgraded to have a second internal drive.
New life to the old drive providing CD/DVD reading for my new computer.
About the case. It's in two parts. The Drive lays in the base, then the top part slides on. I found it best from the front, but whatever works.
As you can see, there's no faceplate – too fussy to model and fit so I just left it open. Seems fine.
