Adapter for Recycling Fabrik Refill

With the adapter you can load refills from Recycling Fabrik onto a split empty spool.

What is required is an empty spool with the dimensions as shown in the picture. The core is conical,

4 heat inserts M3 D5xL4 and 4 cylinder head screws M3x20 are required. I printed the Distanz ring with brim and vase mode.

You can push the inner end of the filament through the existing hole in the spool and bend it over. Then screw them together slightly and cut off the cable ties one after the other, pull them out and tighten the screws slightly in place. Once all cable ties are removed, tighten the Deckel until it rests against the Kern. The coil width fit the adapter perfectly. If the coil width does not fit, you can scale the Beilage to the required height, print it out and install it additionally.
