Elegoo Neptune 3/4 filament guide

I remixed this model because no matter how many times I printed, calibrated, or adjusted settings the tolerance was to tight.  The walls on the internal balls would fuse and the center hole was not large enough to fit the PTFE tube.   Also this does fit the Neptune 4.

• Added extra tolerance to the ball for smoother movement.  The original continued to fuse solid after many attempts. 
• Increased the length of the mounting arm.
• Added a small lip on the mounting arm at the end of the tread so it could be screwed in tight.
