HeyGears Ultracraft RS non-permanent resin drainer

This is a remix of the original side drainer provided by HeyGears. With the original model, you'll have to use two M4x12 screws in order to secure it to the build plate. There are also other solutions out there to hang the buildplate at an angle but all I've seen so far require extra screws.

I wanted a non-permanent attachment to avoid having extra weight on the z-axis while my files are printing. This remix allows you to insert the build without any extra hardware. It works for me, just make sure it is properly inserted in the resin vat knob. Besides, the main advantage of this design is that it allows you to hang your plate in a way that uses the whole length of the resin tank. This means that bigger models will fit properly and can drain without touching the resin left in the tank.

Make sure that it is sturdy when you print it. This is what I used:
