Air Purifier

Air Purifier is a USB-C powered device using 12v 120mm PC fans. (Average Cost $135)

Out-performs $300 purifiers while being significantly quieter. Many tests show on cleanair kits link. Design is very similar so the data they used can be used for this model. NOT 100% 1:1

Directions:

• Bottom Parts: Print flat as normal
• Middle & Top Parts: Print upside down so no overhangs are needed and top surface has PEI texture
• Brackets: Print with side you would see outside facing down on bed
• Connectors: Print flat as normal

Assembly:

Picture shown how wiring should be. Very simple for people who never soldered before. Use hot glue to seal down the USB PD

Use cyanoacrylate glue for connectors and make sure they dry on a flat even surface before beginning

1. Screw in fans to “Middle Parts” with fans blowing up and out
2. Hook in middle bungees so they fit inside of the 2 brackets before screwing in
3. Connect brackets to “Top Parts”
4. Take Top and Middle and screw in 45mm screws through (4 Holes on top)
5. Use washer and nuts to clamp the screws
6. Screw in fan grills using fitting screws (mine was M5 screws)
7. Insert air filters and hook the outter bungees
