Qidi Q1 and Plus4 toolhead filament sensor

Toolhead filament sensor to replace the Qidi hall filament width sensor. Useful for filament changer systems. Uses the wiring and connector of the original filament width sensor. Uses the 6mm collet from the original filament width sensor.

12/9/24: Added ECAS04 option. It works better fyi.

Slow. This is a small part and we want precise walls. 40mm/s was good for me

The two screw holes on the printed part are sized small to allow for the screws to self thread
