Lenovo ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock v1/v2 mount - Easy remove

Print the two sides, insert screws. Screw under desk or on wall with the dock clamped between. 

You should be able to easily remove the dock if needed due too the brackets pivoting at the screw holes.
