Filament Swatch Generator

This is an awesome tool for creating customized filament swatches to keep track of your materials, brands, and settings. Adjust the dimensions, text, and hole placement to match your preferences.

Settings:

• Material Type: Choose the material type to be displayed on the swatch. If your material isn’t available, you can manually add it in the code by inserting it before the existing list (PLA, PETG, etc.), like this: YOUR_MATERIAL:PLA. Make sure to place it inside the brackets [ ], not outside.

• Brand: Enter the name of your filament brand. If you don’t want to include a brand, simply leave this field blank.

• Size: Set the width and length of the swatch to determine its overall dimensions.

• Height: Define the height of the swatch for a consistent and organized display.

• Corner Radius: Adjust the size of the rounded corners in millimeters to achieve the desired look.

• Text Settings:

• Text Size: Specify how large the text should be for clear readability.

• Line Spacing: Control the space between lines of text for a clean and structured layout.

• Text Extrusion Height: Set how high the text should be raised above the surface of the model for better visibility.

• Hole Options:

• Hole: Enable or disable a hole in the top left corner of the swatch.

• Hole Diameter: Define the size of the hole if enabled, allowing you to store swatches on a keyring or organizer.

With this generator, you can easily create filament swatches that help you organize and track different materials, brands, and printing characteristics. Customize it to fit your needs and keep your collection well-organized!
