Description

Need a simple slim tablet stand that works in many orientations without fidgeting? Here's a stand with four build-in angles: 10, 20, 30 & 45 degrees. Give it a try.

I couldn't quite find one like it among the many tablet/phone stands on Printables so I made this slim stand to bring with me on travel. It works great for various flight, train & hotel settings, and it's also pretty handy at home.

It supports 4 orientations from up close to further away, with the center of mass centered over the stand for good stability:

Compatibility/Fit

It is sized for a 2023 Pixel Tablet (as shown in the pictures), but it should works for many other tablets. 

  • The maximum tablet thickness is 9 mm (0.35"); there is also 7 mm thickness variant for slimmer tablets (such as Apple iPads). 
  • The effective slot depth is 10 mm (0.39"); check the bezel width on your tablet.  
  • The model easily scales to adjust for size if needed.

Printing instructions

  • Any material should work, might even be fun to cut it out of wood.
  • No supports needed
  • Example printed in PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 2 perimeters, 15% grid infill, weighing 34 gr (1.2 oz)
