Bondtech LGX lite on Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Light weight Effector upgrade E3D V6 (Volcano too) and 5015 blower

Remix of 2 parts in the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4329200 to allow it to mount a Bondtech LGX lite extruder.

Need to change the lower M3 screw of the Bondtech LGX lite with a longer 30mm one.
Also uses a M3 screw instead of a M2 on the FanHolder.

Also added a cable holder you can use 2.5mm zipties to hold the cables and a spacer for cutting the PTFE to the right height. Just put the spacer instead of the LGX lite.
