These pronoun badges are printed with a recessed area so that the magnetic part sits flush. A blank one is included if you would like to draw in your own, or add text digitally. The Easiest way to do multicolor is to pause the print about halfway and change colors.

I used these magnets, but any standard ones should likely work.
