iPhone 15 Pro TPU Case

Vor kurzem hab ich ein iPhone 15 Pro (nicht max) bekommen. Natürlich wollte ich direkt ein Case dafür drucken, nur hat keines der verfügbaren genau meinen Geschmack getroffen oder sehr gut gepasst. Daher habe ich nun ein eigenes entworfen, welches ihr euch hier herunterladen könnt. Nach einigen Prototypen und Anpassungen hat das Case nun einen perfekten Sitz, ein Herausfallen des iPhones oder ein Herumwackeln im Case ist also ausgeschlossen. Die Toleranzen für den Kameraschutz sind sehr gering, behaltet das also im Hinterkopf, falls euer Drucker damit Probleme hat.

Das Case benötigt einige Supports im Bereich der Tasten- und Anschluss-Ausschnitte und auf der innenseite für den Rand um das Display herum. Zusätzlich könnt ihr den Kameraschutz drucken, welcher supportfrei gedruckt und anschließend in die Aussparung im Case geklippst werden kann. Das Case selbst sollte unbedingt in TPU gedruckt werden, während der Kameraschutz aus einem beliebigen Material gedruckt werden kann (ich habe hier PLA verwendet).

Ich werde vermutlich auch noch eine MagSafe Variante entwerfen, hierfür bin ich derzeit auf der Suche nach einem günstigen MagSafe Ring, der dann im Case eingearbeitet werden kann. Behaltet also meine Modelle im Auge, wenn ihr Interesse habt ;)

Recently, I got an iPhone 15 Pro (not Max). Naturally, I wanted to print a case for it right away, but none of the available designs matched my taste or fit very well. So, I decided to design my own, which you can download here. After several prototypes and adjustments, the case now fits perfectly—there’s no chance of the iPhone falling out or wobbling inside the case. The tolerances for the camera protection are very tight, so keep that in mind in case your printer struggles with such precision.

The case requires some supports in the areas around the button and port cutouts, as well as on the inside edges around the display. Additionally, you can print the camera protector separately, which can be printed without supports and then clipped into the cutout on the case. The case itself should definitely be printed in TPU, while the camera protector can be made from any material (I used PLA for mine).

I’m also planning to design a MagSafe version and am currently looking for an affordable MagSafe ring that can be integrated into the case. So, keep an eye on my designs if you’re interested!
