Bosch Unlimited nozzle holder on-tube

Holder for Bosch Unlimited vacuum nozzle mounted on the vacuum tube.
 

Additional parts:

• 2 x M4 nylock nuts (DIN 985)
• 2 x M4x10 countersunk screws (DIN 965).
  • Depending on your printer, may be M4x12 will be better
• 1 x M4x16 (or longer) screw, optional, for assembly only.
• Cyanoacrylate gel or other gel glue for PETG

Print instructions:

• Select models to print:
  • If you don't have flexible filament (TPU, SEBS, etc), 
    • print model BASE_V2A in PETG
  • If you have Rubber filament (TPU, SEBS, etc), 
    • print model BASE_V2R in PETG
    • print model RUBBER_V2R in rubber
  • If you have BHZUKYD nozzle, 
    • print ATTACH_V2_BHZUKYD
• DO NOT print BASE_V2* in fragile plastic - you will break it when put on a pipe
• Use supports in some places:
  

Assembly instructions:

• Read to the end.
• Try to mount nozzle to printed part. 
  • Maybe some knife work will be required to flatten the notch. See the image for explanation
    
• Assemble everything before mounting on tube. See video guide. Nuts should be in-place.
  • Maybe you need to apply force to insert nuts into places. You can use longer M4 screws as a puller.
• Glue in the ATTACH_V2 into BASE_V2* with glue
  
• Remove screws.
• Take the vacuum tube, disconnect it from nozzles and vacuum.
• Carefully spread the ring, and place it on the pipe.
  • If you printed R models, it's time to attach RUBBER part. Place ribs into grooves.
  • It is possible to preheat the ring in hot boiling water to make it more flexible
  • It is recommended to put the ring on the pipe from the end, passing the electrical connector through the gap in the ring.
• If you preheated the part, let it cool down before tighten screws
• Insert and tighten screws.
• Ensure that when plugging nozzle to holder, screws do not scratch electrical connector.
