This is a laptop stand which ensure (me) the same vertical height like what I have on my main monitor.
Laptop size restriction:
I use it for 14" Thinkpad E14 laptop. Optimal sizes to use this laptopstand, without modification:
- Width: 323 mm (or more, if you not pressed in the Cross brace parts completely)
- Height: 230 mm
- Laptop bottom part thickness (without screen): 15 mm
- Check on the images the left and right cutouts and verify that this design will not block some of your connection ports, what you want to use.
Step file is included for Remix, if your laptop size is slightly different and you want it modify.
Other features:
- On the left and right side there are 2-2 snap fit cable holding (for Laptop power supply and for HDMI cable)
- To the center Cross brace parts you can use cable ties to fix cables and hide it under the laptop
- It has small cutouts for speakers
Assembly:
- The cross brace parts has to be press in the laptop stand parts. Use hummer if it is too tight, use glue if it is too loose.
- In nominal there is no gap, I could press the brace parts with hand
- The Cross brace parts need a small support on the ends.
