Description
We have the “Eva little” humidifier at home. It's a great humidifier with integrated hydrostat. And there's the problem. It's integrated and the mist always falls down and the humidity rises so the device stops until the humidity is down again. Also it's not really ideal, that the mist only goes straight up, because it would be better it goes a bit away in front of the device. That, because we have some other things around and I don't want the mist on them.
I don't know if it's also compatible with the normal “Eva” humidifier. On the pictures, it does look like it could also fit.
Version 1-0 / 1-0 has a much better fit. The Version 1-0 hat some issues, that the mist came out from the side and it was very wet on top of the humidifier after a few minutes.
Version 2-0 (not recommended) Splitet and lower angled outlet on top. I made this, more or less, test-version because the humidifier is now positionend on the fridge. So if the outlet ist the same angle, It will blow the humid air to the ceiling. Also I wanted a better distrubution so I made a split outlet. The problem is, that because of the split outlet, the air is not coming out as much as before, so I don't reccomend using this without any modification.
Version 3-0 Lower outlet angle so it does not blow the air as high. F.E. if the humidifier is positioned on a high object (Fridge, cabinet/closet)
IMPORTANT!!
There is one end, that is about 10mm straight and not bend, this is the lower side.
Also this design is NOT airflow-optimized or testet in any way. Only by looking at the mist-distribution.
