Description
Lineup guide plate for the Acmer S1 or Roomate Z16 or Z35 (I have the Z35). Makes for a repeatable origin so you don't need to fiddle with lining it up, framing, etc. Just toss in the corner and go.
After printing and mounting under the machine, you can run a 10x10 square, 10mm from left and right. Measure it and see where the square falls, If it's short, subtract what you got from 10 and write it down. Using a header/start gcode in Lightburn, you can tweak it to be juuust right (since accuracy of the guide jig is down to your printer).

Take what number you got on which axis and plug them in. i.e. if X was 9.5, subtract from 10, 0.5. Swap it to negative (or if you got a negative, positive) So your X result would be X-0.5, plug into the gcode, retest. Keep going until you got it perfect.
EDIT: Added two new versions. I made another one and it warped a bit off the plate, so I added a fill in the feet corners so if yours does warp, the laser itself presses it back flat. The other version has been cut down to fit on smaller printers and should fit on any 220x220 now.
