The picture shows text I added, the STL model does NOT have text.
The internal cavity is 90x125x1.5mm
The top and bottom is 4mm thick, the walls are 3mm thick.
You should be able to resize the model in your slicer if you need a slightly different size cavity (note it will also scale the wall thickness, which is fine to a point)
Normal Recommendation: Use PLA or PETG, because they have excellent layer adhesion
Evil Recommendation: Use TPU, which also has great layer adhesion, but is like rubber. It will probably be very difficult to open without piercing the rubber.
IF YOU PRINT WITH 0.3mm LAYER HEIGHT: Insert a pause after layer 428 (about 129mm). Then insert the card and resume the print.
