Replacement rubber tips for crutches

My son used crutches for a while and the original rubber tips were completely worn out. I've made a model of replacement can be printed of TPU. I managed to print it of FiberFlex 30D TPU which is very soft which corresponds about 80A. It's needed to place a puck 20-25 mm in diameter and up to 2 mm thick (if you missed an original one) on the bottom during printing (see the picture of sectioned model). Just pause print on 10 mm height, place the puck and resume printing. I was afraid that it will wear out pretty fast, but it was not an issue. I printed it with a bit higher temperature and low cooling for better interlayer adhesion.
