Shelf Brackets for 1" Boards (1" x 4", 1" x 6", or 1" x 8")

These low profile brackets are designed to hold a 1" board to form a simple shelf for plants and other decor.

There are two variants.   You may mix and match both types for your shelving needs.

• Friction Fit:
  • Relies only on friction to hold the board in place
  • Attaches to the wall with a #7 or #8 screw (and washer).
• Friction Fit with Screw Reinforcement
  • In addition to friction, utilizes a #7 or #8 screw (and washer) to keep the board from being dislodged from the bracket.   
    • TIP: Make sure that this screw does not exceed 1-¼" (32mm) in length.
  • Attaches to the wall with a #7 or #8 screw (and washer).

For mounting the brackets to the wall I would suggest these Stud Solver anchors which can hold up to 50lbs (22kg) each.

IMPORTANT: Before you contact me complaining that the bracket openings are not 1" (25.4mm) tall, please take a moment to view this helpful video that explains board sizing.

• Material: PLA Pro or PC
• Walls: 5
• Top & Bottom Layers: 5
• Infill: 15 - 20%.
