12/2025: Created additional PCB-themed ornaments for your (real) tree :)
12/2024: Added a version with a star as tree topper. The star is also available as a separate download and could be added to the tree afterwards, but the tolerances are not optimized for this.
A multicolor Christmas tree with PCB traces on the front. The model does not require a multi material unit to print. The tree is around 22 cm tall, 18 cm wide and simply slots into the base. It fits on common 220 x 220 mm beds when rotated by 45°.
Colors @ 0.2 mm layer height are:
For the tree
Dark green (layers 1-20)
Silk copper, silk gold or silver (layers ≥21)
For the base / trunk
White, light green or light brown (layers 1-15)
Dark brown (layers ≥16)
Layer height 0.2 mm
Line width 0.4 or 0.5 mm
Infill 20% ("Lines" recommended)
3 wall lines
5 top & bottom layers
Supports not required
Approximate print times @ 60 mm/s: Tree 2:45 h / Base 1:05 h
