Adjustable, one-piece, extended, rounded, extruder lever

Just say "NO" to under extrusion due to weak springs!

Shoutout to @RaffoSan for the great original and @JohnEdwa for the longer, rounded remix.

Made this one-piece version because I couldn't find a long enough bolt to get the original lever mounted and wanted a single piece for a bit of a stronger lever.

This remix uses a slightly longer bolt to hold the bearing and the oem bolt for the pivot point.

Go high on the infill for a strong level. I use 40% "Lines" supports with 80degree overhang. Pops right off after the print.
