Description
I had trouble aligning my timing chain cover to align perfectly with the crankshaft. Loosely mounted timing chain cover and slipped this over the crankshaft snout. It is a very snug fit for limited play. I also used it to help drive my crank sprocket on and tapped with a hammer. Should work on amc 258 4.2L and the 4.0l as the they use the same aftermarket part numbers.
