Description
The PC4-M6 Coupler that came with my Ender 3 was broken out of the box. The extra that came with the printer only lasted a few prints until it could no longer hold the PTFE tube when printing. I found this genius printable coupler but the threads were so weak that it broke when I was trying to thread it into the extruder block. Thus, this remix.
With this block, we no longer need to buy couplers. Just use a wrench to make this tight and the PTFE tube aint goin nowhere. An added bonus is this block is flexible filament friendly. I trimmed my PTFE tube a bit and pushed it through to get it closer to the gear and bearing.
I have been printing several months with no issues. Including many 10+ hour prints and several 20 hour prints back to back.
Enjoy and post your makes!
