SCX10 III Basecamp Front Bumper -- Pinched

This is a front bumper that allows for good approach angle and has a much narrower profile then the original. My front bumper kept getting caught on the tires, so I designed this.

I used PETG-CF as the main material and used PLA for supports. I printed on an angle and had a 8mm brim with almost none of the bumper actually sitting on the build plate. All overhangs were reinforced up to 40 degrees with organic supports.

For print settings I used 4 parameters and 25% gyroid infill at .2mm layer height. For Prusa XL users see the following link for PETG with PLA supports.
