Description
Print as already oriented. No supports required. Print the square nut version if using hardware provided by CoPrint, otherwise print the regular nut version if needed.
Follow the PDF to learn how to set up the board and to do Resonance Testing.
To Calibrate X Axis (Now fixed, see picture below) SKIP TO Y AXIS
In your CoPrint set, extra screws were most likely provided. Grab the 2 of the longest screw available (M3x20) and 2 of the shortest screws available (M3x10).
Unscrew cable mount on Chromahead and set aside the screws.
Place M3x20 screws into recessed holes and screw into the cable mount.
Using the 2 M3x10 screws and the 2 screws removed from the cable mount, mount the external input shaper board to the mount.
Plug in USB-C cable and test resonances for the X-axis.
Using the same screws from step 1 of X-axis, mount the board to the bed mount. Use the longer screws with the USB-C side and the shorter screw on the “open mouth” side.
Place square nut or regular nut into recessed hole of “open mouth.”
Snap the Bed Mount Tightener into place.
Use another long screw (M3x20) to screw from the bottom into the recessed nut and towards the hole under the Tightener.
Secure bed mount sandwiching the bed between the top of the “open mouth” and the Tightener.
Plug in USB-C and test resonances for the Y-axis. Ensure no collisions occur on the Y-axis before homing.
