After the good old Arflex desinger side table could no longer be saved even with epoxy and no spare parts could be found with the best will in the world, I decided to print them myself. 
I constructed the entire table including the swivelling table, handle and handle cap, rod, locking ring and base. Originally, an ashtray was attached to the top, but this was still in order.
The swivelling table should be printed with the support and the surface facing downwards. The round insert plate is also printed with the surface facing downwards and glued into the table, e.g. with double-sided adhesive tape. In this way, the table edges and insert plate have the same surfaces, which looks particularly good when using textured printing plates. I could not remove the threaded rod in the original handle without destroying the handle. I therefore cut an M8 threaded rod from the DIY store to 122mm length and screwed on the handle and the handle cap. The internal threads are already relatively wide, but it may still be necessary to re-tap them. The stainless steel rod has a diameter of 16mm and a length of 580mm, with an approx. 20mm deep M8 internal thread at the top for the handle and an approx. 15mm M8 thread protruding at the bottom for mounting on the base. The base weighs approx. 3.5kg and is made of a rubber-like (TPU?) material with a metal insert. As the foot was ok, I did not replace it.

Printing parameters:

• Table: 0.25mm layer height, 5 perimeters, 15% infill (Gyriod), 6 layers top and bottom, , Print bed must be at least 240x240mm in size
• Inlay plate: 0.25mm layer height
• Handle and handle cap: 0.15mm layer height (cap from 20-25mm 0.07mm), 15% infill
• The above parameters are already preset in the 3mf-project files.

Nachdem der gute alte Arflex Designer Beistelltisch auch mit Epoxy nicht mehr zur retten war und beim besten Willen keine Ersatzteile mehr aufzutreiben waren, habe ich mich entschlossen diese selbst zu drucken. 
Ich habe den gesamten Tisch konstruiert inklusive schwenkbarer Teller, Griff- und Griffkappe, Stab, Feststellring und Fuß. Ursprünglich wird oben noch ein Aschenbecher aufgesteckt, aber der war noch in Ordnung.
Der drehbare Tisch sollte mit Support und der Fläche nach unten gedruckt werden. Die runde Einlegeplatte wird gleichfalls mit der Oberfläche nach unten gedruckt und in den Tisch eingeklebt, z. B. mit doppelseitigem Klebeband. So haben die Tischränder und die Einlegeplatte die gleichen Oberflächen, was insbesondere bei Verwendung texturierter Druckbleche gut aussieht. Die Gewindestange im Originalgriff konnte ich nicht ohne Zerstörung des Griffs entfernen. Daher habe ich eine M8 Gewindestange aus dem Baumarkt auf 122mm zurechtgesägt und den Griff als auch die Griffkappe aufgeschraubt. Die Innengewinde sind schon relativ weit gehalten, aber es kann dennoch nötig sein, sie mit einem Gewindeschneider nachzuschneiden. Der Edelstahlstab hat einen Durchmesser von 16mm und ein Länge von 580mm, wobei sich oben ein ca. 20mm tiefes M8 Innengewinde für den Griff befindet und unten ein ca. 15mm M8 Gewinde zur Montage am Fuß heraussteht. Der Fuß wiegt ca. 3,5kg und besteht aus einem Gummiartigen TPU-ähnlichem Material mit einem Metalleinsatz. Da der Fuß ok war, habe ich ihn nicht ersetzt.

• Tisch: 0,25mm Schichthöhe, 5 Perimeter, 15% Infill (Gyriod), 6 Schichten oben und unten, Druckbett muss mindestens 240x240mm groß sein
• Einlegeplatte: 0,25mm Schichthöhe
• Griff und Griffkappe: 0,15mm Schichthöhe (Kappe von 20-25mm 0,07mm), 15% Infill
• In den 3mf-Projektdateien sind o.g. Parameter bereits voreingestellt.
