Stabile Dose mit Schraubverschluss für leere Batterien mit deutscher und englischer Beschriftung.

Es gibt bereits unzählige Dosen und Aufbewahrungsboxen für Batterien, aber keine hat mir so richtig gut gefallen. Ich brauchte eine Dose, in der ich einige leere Batterien sammeln kann und die sicher verschließbar ist. Immer wenn die Dose voll ist, tue ich sie in meinen Einkaufsbeutel oder stecke sie in meine Jackentasche und nehme sie mit in den Supermarkt, um die Batterien dort in den Sammelbhältern zu entsorgen. So liegen keine leeren Batterien mehr lose herum und es besteht keine Gefahr mehr, dass alte Batterien auslaufen und unschöne Flecken hinterlassen.

Die Dose ist mit einer Wandstärke von ca. 5 mm sehr stabil und sicher. Mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 55 mm und einer Gesamthöhe von ca. 60 mm ist sie groß genug für 7 x AA oder bis zu 14 x AAA Batterien und dennoch kompakt genug, um sie in jeder Schublade zu verstauen und sie in die Jackentasche zu stecken. Das Gewinde ist bewusst etwas höher und grober gewählt, um die Dose fest verschließen und mit etwas Kraft trotzdem wieder öffnen zu können. So können etwa kleine Kinder den Deckel nicht abschrauben oder der Deckel kann sich in der Tasche nicht von allein lösen.

Beim Druck sollte der Deckel auf den Kopf gedreht werden und wenn  die Schrift andersfarbig abgesetzt werden soll, wie auf den Fotos, müssen im Slicer zwei Pausen bei den entsprechenden Schichten eingefügt werden. Bei einer Schichthöhe von 0,20 mm sollte die erste Pause vor der 6. Schicht (also vor 1,20 mm) und die zweite Pause etwa vor der 12. Schicht (also vor 2,40 mm) eingefügt werden. Zwischen diesen Pausen sollte ein dunkleres Filament eingelegt werden. Wer die Einstellungen nicht selbst vornehmen möchte, lädt direkt die 3mf Datei herunter.

There are already countless containers and storage boxes for batteries, but none of them really appealed to me. I needed a container where I could collect some empty batteries and that would be securely closable. Every time the container is full, I put it in my shopping bag or pocket and take it with me to the supermarket to dispose of the batteries in the collection bins. This way, no empty batteries are lying around loose, and there is no danger of old batteries leaking and leaving ugly stains.

The container is very sturdy and secure, with a wall thickness of about 5 mm. With a diameter of about 55 mm and an overall height of about 60 mm, it is large enough to hold 7 x AA or up to 14 x AAA batteries, yet compact enough to store in any drawer or fit into a jacket pocket. The thread is intentionally designed to be slightly higher and coarser, so the container can be securely closed and opened with some force. This ensures that small children cannot unscrew the lid, and the lid cannot come off on its own in your pocket.

When printing, the lid should be oriented with the cap facing down. If the text should be in a different color, as shown in the photos, two pauses must be inserted in the slicer at the corresponding layers. With a layer height of 0.20 mm, the first pause should be before the 6th layer (i.e., before 1.20 mm), and the second pause should be before the 12th layer (i.e., before 2.40 mm).
