MK3 RHD FanDuct Rev. C - Fan Holder - MK2.4Extruder

A Fan Holder, mating the excellent MK3 RHD Fan Duct Rev. C by RH_Dreambox to the Original Prusa MK2.4 Extruder design by MattsHub.

got the dimensions almost right, the bottom 'pillar' needs about 3 0.5 mm washers. might fix this in the future, if it starts to bother me. 

----Update: included V2, which has the correct dimensions, adjusted some other things for easier printing and easier insertion of an M3 nut. 

Note: that V1 can still be downloaded, if you really want, but keep in mind this required a couple 0.5 mm washers.
