Articulated Stream Deck XL mount for 40 mm aluminum profiles

This Streamdeck XL mount is intended to be used on the side profiles of your sim racing rig.

There are two different mounts for 90 and 70 degrees profiles.

Printing instructions

All the parts can be printed normally except the profile attachments. I suggest printing them with some inclination and use supports so that the socket thread doesn't have any overhang.

In any case, I uploaded the 3mf file so you can pick your desired attachment with the proper print settings.

Required materials

• 2x M8 T-Slot Nut 
• 2x M8x12mm screws
• 2x M4x10mm screws
• 2x M4 nuts
• 1x M3x5mm screw
• 1x M3(OD4.5mm) Length: 4.5mm brass insert

Optional: Use PTFE tape in the ball joint in case it doesn't hold too tight. In my pictures you can see that I ended up using it.
