Description
After three of the four hub caps decided to hit the road… there was only one things to do.
These hub caps / wheel center covers fit a the MB Wheels brand Legacy model 16", 8-lug wheel.
Not sure if they fit the 5-lug or 6-lug models in the 15", 17", 18" or 20" diameters. Let me know if they do and I'll update the description. I would guess that even if the center bore is a different diameter, the grooves that the cap engages into are probably the same so one might be able to get away with a non-uniform xy scaling and keeping z the same to fit other diameters.
Printed flat face down in PETG on a Flashforge Adventure 5M Pro with Black Overature PETG at 260°, 250 mm/s, 0.2 mm layer height, 5 shell/top/bottom layers (no infill needed with extra layers and shells). I found that running the PETG hot got me a little better flexibility on the part at the cost of some surface blemishes.
Took several revisions to get it to where the retention fingers wouldn't break due to the less than optimal lay-to-stress-direction orientation.
I have included pictures of the OEM cap for reference/identification purposes.
