Audi A6 C5 allroad Headlight Washer Cover

Headlight washer covers for Audi A6 C5 allroad.

Re-modeled based on original 4Z7955275 part. 

The thickness of hooks (the ones that latch on the washer nozzle) is slightly increased for durability.

The scale is OK. See comparison photos.

• Left cover - VAG 4Z7955275

There are two versions - with part numbers and without them (With and Without text). Part numbers are added as very small text (less than 1 mm thick, 0.4 mm in height), it might be troublesome to print with an FDM printer, but a resin printer should handle it.

Testing

Test printed using Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra @ 50um, Anycubic UV Tough 2.0 resin. Surface prepped, primed and painted. Test fitted on the donor car, you can check the fitment in the photos.

When printing in resin, I placed all of the supports on the exterior (smooth) part, since it is much easier to sand and clean from support marks.
