Enclosure handle

Handles for https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/108651-3d-printer-enclosure 

Update 27MAY23:

Handles work with 3/32 plexiglass.  I added handle to work with ¼ plexiglass that have “0.25_THK_ENC” suffix.  I have not tested the ¼ handles but they should work!

In addition to printed parts, you'll need:

(4) Hex bolts, Zinc plated steel, 1/4"-20 x 1-1/4"

Printed parts (per handle):

(2) blocks

(1) handle (80mm wide or 100mm wide) 

(1) pilot hole guide

NOTE:  Pictures show parts for two handles!  Also Caulk can be used the hold the nuts in blocks (as shown in the pictures).

Assembly:

A demo STL is included to show handle placement!

1. Position handle and drill first top pilot hole  
2. Drill ¼" hole using pilot hole
3. Install handle with one bolt  
4. Drill 2nd top pilot hole, remove handle, and drill 2nd ¼" hole using pilot hole.
5. Install handle with top bolts and both blocks.
6. Drill (2) bottom pilot holes, remove handle and blocks, drill (2) ¼" holes using pilot holes.
7. Install handle
