New External Hygrometer housing for PRUSA MK3S with integrated SD Card holder

This external housing (new version) has space for a small standard humity / thermometer modul. You can fix it with only one 3 mm screw on a existing hole in the i3mk3s metal frame without disturbing (I hope) other moving parts. The housing has also a store compartment for tools, a holder for 3 SD Cards and some allen keys or other useful things.

The Modul is ventilated over some air holes.

I have printed it with some support material (please have a look at the pictures) and with 0.2 layer high and the result was good.

The dimensions for the Modul opening are:  25 mm height and 45 mm length.

When you want you can use the upper part as a “Stand Alone” (have look at the picture), a place for the modul, SD Cards and tools.

For the design I have used Fusion 360 and the Prusa slicer.
