Description
I have an Icom IC-2730A, which uses an HM-207 mic. I had already created a nicer hanger for my Yaesu mic, but this one has a molded-in “bar” in which you are supposed to hang it from. Being cheap and thin sheet metal, I'm not one to use something that can bend or possibly rust, so I created this hook.
I'm not sure what wood screws I used, but the holes are 4.5mm in diameter with a head diameter of almost 9mm. I used a model with a curved neck, so look for that.
Print settings I used are PETG, 30mm/s, 25% fan at 5mm, and 40% infill, but I would probably bump it up to 90-95% infill to try and fight the splitting.
