Camvac filter adapter for Shopvac filter

I made some modifications to fit commonly available ShopVac filters in North America (Shop-Vac High Performance 90398 Cartridge Filter)

I also changed the conical transition between the upper and bottom cylinders to a step to save some vertical space however it necessitates printing with supports. 

I have also included the filter caps however those are also available for purchase on Amazon.
