4" MAGNETIC DUST COLLECTOR CAP

This simple cap is designed to fit any of my Magnetic 4" Dust Collector fittings that you can find at this link.

It's an easy print to prevent foreign objects finding their way into machinery that is not connected to the system.

No supports are necessary.  As with the other fittings 8mm diameter magnets are used and are designed to be a (very) tight push fit, from the top side.  

I use a little piece of scrap timber so I can get more weight on them, and once they are flush push them home with a screw driver.

I have left all twelve holes so they match the other fittings, but since mine are all in a horizontal plane more or less, I have only used three magnets - more would be necessary if they were to be installed vertically.
