Insulation Cutting Tool – Perfect for Plumbing Projects

This versatile insulation cutting tool is available in 11 sizes, ideal for different plumbing needs. The sizes range from 30mm to 80mm, with precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit for your insulation.

Available Sizes:

• 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, 65mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm
  Note: Measure the outer diameter of your insulation for an accurate fit.

Wall Thickness:

• Sizes 30mm to 65mm: 2mm wall thickness
• Sizes 70mm to 80mm: 2.4mm wall thickness (reinforced for extra strength)

Tolerance:

• Each size has a 1mm tolerance, except for:
  • 75mm model: 1.8mm tolerance (for a better fit when stacked (see *)
  • 80mm model: 2.6mm tolerance  (for a better fit when stacked) (see *)

Storage:

• Models can be stacked inside each other with a *0.5mm tolerance between sizes.

Printing Instructions:

• Print the model standing up, as shown in the last photo. Supports are optional. Optimized for a 0.4mm nozzle.

1. Corrected a slight orientation issue (models were rotated by 0.071° on the X-axis).
2. Adjusted the sizes of the 75mm and 80mm models to ensure a better fit when stacked together.
