osVAC adapters for vacuum hoses (different sizes available!)

This adapter allows a hose with a specific diameter and pitch to be used with the osVAC system.

The image shows the rotatable version designed for a hose with a 28 mm inner diameter, 34 mm outer diameter, and 4 mm pitch.

Rotatable Design

In the rotatable version, the osVAC side and the hose side can spin freely relative to each other. The model is designed to be printed in one piece without the need for supports. After printing, simply twist the two parts with a bit of force to break the small bridging connections. You should hear a slight cracking sound, indicating that the parts are now free to rotate while remaining securely attached.

Additional Variants

During testing, I found that inserting the rotatable osVAC end into a female osVAC adapter can be challenging due to the lack of grip. To address this, I have created several alternative versions:

• With and without additional grip
• With and without rotation

Naming Convention

• "m" refers to the size of the male (plug) osVAC end
• “f” refers to the size of the female (socket) osVAC end
• "h" indicates the hose’s inner diameter
• "p" represents the hose’s pitch
