Description
All models are pre-oriented for ease of use.
I kept seeing an ad for a book-shaped snowglobe that had a battery operated streetlamp in it, and I came so close to buying it… Then I realized I could try to capture the essence of it in a 3D model. There are two versions I designed. The one pictured is the A set listed below in parts A1 & A2, and has a hollow shell for the snowfall and an open-bottomed baseplate to run a string of LEDs into. The other option is a flat panel of snowfall with a simplified baseplate in case you would like to print the snowfall in glow in the dark material, or have another idea entirely. :)
Everything is designed to print basically as is, when you load it into your slicer. The one exception is the streetlamp. I have the basic model listed below, as well as a presupported version that comes apart very easily with a pair of flush cutters or small pliers. :)
As always, if you have any suggestions or ideas, please let me know!
Enjoy!
